The culinary landscape of Athens has been further enriched with the addition of three new Michelin-starred restaurants, propelling the city into the global gastronomic limelight. Hervé, Tudor Hall, and Patio have each been granted this prestigious honor in the latest edition of the Athens Michelin Guide for 2023.

Leading the pack with two Michelin stars is Delta Restaurant, situated within the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Faliro. Under the leadership of chefs George Papazacharias and Thanos Feskos, Delta Restaurant has successfully melded traditional Greek flavours with innovative cooking methodologies to create a truly unique dining experience.

Joining the ranks of Michelin-starred establishments in Athens are The Zillers, Soil, Spondi, CTC, Hytra, Botrini’s, Pelagos, and Varoulko Seaside, each retaining their one Michelin star status.

Moreover, the Michelin Guide has welcomed Hervé, helmed by chefs Hervé Pronzato and Grigoris Kikis; Patio at The Margi hotel, under the direction of chef Panagiotis Giakalis; and Tudor Hall at the historic King George Hotel, with Asterios Koustoudis and Nikos Livadias at the helm.
