Delos, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the birthplace of the Greek gods Artemis and Apollo, can only be accessed by boat, as it is not directly connected to mainland Greece. During the summer months, day trips to Delos are available from the nearby islands of Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, Tinos, and Syros. These trips are organized by local companies and typically last around 30 minutes from Mykonos.

Boat tickets can be purchased at the port in Mykonos Town (the most common route), with round-trip tickets costing around €22 for adults and discounts available for children. However, the ticket price does not include admission to the archaeological site. Tickets for the Delos site are managed by the Greek Ministry of Culture, which states that boats can only dock at Delos with a special permit, and overnight stays are not allowed.

Due to the popularity of Delos as a tourist destination, it is recommended to book your tickets in advance to avoid any issues or restrictions.
