Broadway

Contemporary Greek cuisine by Chef Yannis Papakonstantinou with local produce and inspired by local tradition. Featured dishes include the krasotyri brillet on sweet and sour onion marmalade and wine concentrate, the youvarlakia with egg-lemon sauce and sour milk accompanied by caramelised pumpkin seeds, the deconstructed fish sofrito, garlic-flavoured potato cream and vinaigrette, the veal tail with burnt butter-flavoured béchamel and chiffonade spaghetti.
