A local bus driver from Rhodes gained instant popularity both while at work and online, after a video of him dancing went viral on TikTok.
As you can see in the video, now with thousands of views on the app; while people are waiting to board the bus, the eccentric bus driver cranks up the music and dances for his passengers/audience that applaud enthusiastically at his performance. The driver, whose route is to Faliraki, laughs and jokes around. The comments below the video show that many people already know him,
describing him as “quite a character”, well-known on the island.
‘Pantelis Katsoudas, municipal bus driver in Rhodes, doesn’t simply drive people around daily, he provides them with entertainment, since it’s not the first time he’s put on an impromptu show, performing a short dance before starting his route, and becoming viral on social media.’ Says one of his entertained passengers.
