Villa Rosa Area

Villa Rosa Area, an imposing red-coloured hotel directly above the beach, a stone’s throw away from the islet Panagia, is a mansion, from 1903, that served as the residence of a tobacco merchant, Tilemachos Bozios. It offers direct access to the beach as well as a view of the Venetian castle. Original items, including light fittings and furniture, that were part of the hotel’s previous life, as a mansion, were used to decorate the high-ceilinged rooms with large balcony doors. The hotel’s spaces offer all modern amenities. The building next door, formerly the tobacco merchant’s tobacco warehouse, has been transformed into Rosanea – Boutique Studios & Apartments, a colourful accommodation facility with modern design and a lovely garden.

Its Loft Suites, offering modern design and a superb view, are top class. The hotel’s restaurant-café bar, overlooking the sea, is also open to non-guests. It serves homemade breakfast, as well as Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.

A section of the beach has been specially developed to feature beach umbrellas and sunbeds.

Tastefully designed and bioclimatic, 1800 Small Luxury Hotel is a small unit by the castle. It consists of two listed, stone buildings linked by an interior staircase, resulting in five luxury suites that occupy the ground level and two floors, plus fully equipped kitchen space.

Acropol

Acropol, the very first hotel to be built in Parga, is housed at a listed three-storey stone building from 1884, designed in the region’s popular architectural style. Originally serving as an inn that was run by the current owner’s great-grandfather, the building has been fully revamped with all fundamental aspects preserved.

It features modern décor and amenities in its rooms and suites, as well as high-end furniture. White is the dominant colour at all the interior spaces. Period photographs adorning the walls, along with a big, impressive photo at the entrance, taken by an early 20th century photographer, narrate the building’s long history over the decades.
