The Lost Sheep: A fine dining hotel restaurant nestled in the shade of an ancient pine tree, surrounded by a courtyard filled with art. Thasian chef Giannis Marinopoulos imaginatively combines luxurious ingredients and local products from small island producers to create interesting dishes using modern techniques: peskandritsa wrapped in pata negra ham, with regal crab eggs in a fish broth flavored with Kozani saffron, lobster “raviolone” with parmesan foam and rooster sauce, Thasian calamari osmotic with lime sorbet and smoked almond, and pheasant fillet with anioloti stuffed with Pecorino Romano, braised pear, and caramelized flambeed fig.
